Sametime 7.5.1 connects, but nothing happens

Using Server 1.0.1 and Client 1.0.1 on Linux (Ubuntu Intrepid) I have managed to get to the point where having enabled the broker/bridge in Sametime and configured my IM account in Jazz I can click connect and it does not throw out the usual errors that it seems a lot of people have with connecting to port 1883.

My issue is that everyone in my team still appears offline, and I cannot chat to them. I cannot change my status.

I have installed all the required plugins from my <Jazz>/sametime folder for Sametime.

Not really sure what else I can do....Suggestions?

Hi there. The Sametime integration is currently not available on
non-windows platforms. The ST team is working on it. See
