How to add OSLC external link in DOORS 9.4 throguh DXL Script

dwa version 1.5.0.0

please provide sample dxl script for OSLC link creation with doors object
link type may be Affected by or Implemented by.

For input you can have a look at the bulit in support for OSLC link creation in this file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\Rational\DOORS\9.5\lib\dxl\standard\links\createNewLink.inc

I believe it also exists in DOORS 9.4
