Missing field labels in RTC 1.0.1

Hi,
After upgrading my RTC server and my client to 1.0.1, I have missing field labels on some of my forms -- the fields are there but the name is not displayed.

Even more odd, the last field in the presentation is a "Time Spent" field. If I remove this, the missing labels re-appear!

This does not appear to be a problem with users who are still on V1.0.

Has anyone seen this problem before - any suggestions to fix?

Could you do a quick check whether the labels always appear correctly when there is a quick information section on the same tab?
