Sorry,I mean RTC can post a main message to a webService or url address.Have some one knows how to complete?

edit your email profile to enable all the events you want.. for the different relationships to workitems
(creator,owner, subscriber, mentioned)

you cannot get EVERY event.. but you can get events if u are a workitem subscriber.
