zImport can't find repository URI

I am trying to run a zImport and get an error indicating it cannot connect to the URI of the repository.  So in an effort to diagnose the problem, I tried isolating the login command and am getting the following error:  Problem running 'login':                                                    
Could not log in to https://rtc4.secu.clearblade.com:9443/ccm as user scousineau
: CRJAZ2385E Cannot connect to the repository at URL "https://rtc4.secu.clearbla
de.com:9443/ccm", because the network stated that the host is invalid or unknown
. For more details, open the help system and search for CRJAZ2385E.

Our RTC server is running v4.0 and is hosted on Amazon. 

Any ideas?

Hi,

I faced the same problem recently. It was because I had set the 'nameserver' in /etc/resolv.conf.
I moved the DNS server entry to /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0, to fix this
DNS1=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
DNS2=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
