Hi

The operations in RTC v3.0.1.3 that create a new baseline over a component are these:

  1. Make a new baseline manually or through scm tool
  2. Make Snapshot over a component that have changes out of a baseline
  3. Make a "Replace Component" operation's
  4. Run a Build Definition with "Accept latest changes before loading" checkbox 's marked
  5. Import a ClearCase component with ClearCase Synchronizer

If somebody knows any other, please include it

Removing a component from a stream or workspace will also create a backup baseline if necessary.
