print view crashed when printing work items with attached references to builds
When you select print on work item, it give an error or never load the page successfully. It may be related to the "Include in Builds" link associated with the work item.
When you try to open this on FF 16 or IE 9, it fail to open and you receive a white screen. When opening this in Chrome, you receive the error 500

This issue is because the build item type didn't get registered as a artifact type.
