Disallow the user to use ADMIN as the user ID for setup wizard registration

The user ID, ADMIN, is only meant for internal use by the setup wizard, and should not be used by the users. A user ID validation is added to prevent its use for the setup process.

For Microsoft SQL Server, configure database connection using an instance name

While using Microsoft SQL Server databases for the RRDI configuration, you can use the Instance Name of the databases for setting up the connections for the content store and data warehouse.
