New look for product and component banners

The product banners for IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) products and components are updated to align with IBM's open-source Carbon design theme. This modern theme provides a consistent look across IBM products.

The login window is also updated, but still works the same way.
If you extend the UI in ELM applications, you can learn more about the Carbon guidelines at

Usability enhancements Coloring artifacts in views

When you edit views, it is now easier to color the artifact nodes in containers. Right-click the artifact, select Edit Node, and configure the color by clicking the color icon.

Preview artifacts when you define containers

When you build IBM Engineering Lifecycle Optimization - Engineering Insights (ENI) views, containers with a large number of artifacts might take a long time to load. You can now preview the artifacts when you define the content of a container. When you drag an artifact type onto the canvas, click the Show Query Result button to see the artifacts that will be included in the view container. To avoid loading the container with artifacts that you don't need, you can add or refine the conditions.

Views ENI views in a version aware application  supports "Dashboard Configuration" option in the widget setting

If the user selects the "Dashboard Configuration" option in the widget setting, it applies the selected configuration at the Dashboard level.

Earlier, the user was required to go to the widget setting and change the necessary configuration.
Now, with the "Dashboard Configuration" option in the widget setting, the dashboard configuration is automatically selected.
