The Save button on the Administration page remains enabled before and after the user makes and saves changes in the form.

When you navigate to the Administration page and open any of the types (for example, Artifact Types, Attribute Types, and Attribute Data Types), the Save button on the form is displayed as enabled before you make any changes. After you make changes to a type and click Save, the button becomes disabled for a short period while the request is being processed. However, the button becomes enabled again after the changes are saved in the database.

Tip

There is no work around for the problem.
