In rich text documents, space cannot be added between consecutive tables.
More Information
When tables are next to each other in a rich text document, there is no vertical space between the tables, and you cannot place the cursor between the tables to add space.
Workaround
When you insert a table after another table, make sure that the insertion point of the new table is far enough away from the other table so that a blank line fits between the tables.
