Workaround: Embedded artifacts and images are not displayed in the graphical artifact editor, even if you have all of the required permissions
Summary
Embedded artifacts and images are not displayed in the graphical artifact editor, even if you have all of the required permissions.
More Information
This issue is caused due to a change in the way single sign-on is handled. If you log into Jazz Team Server and then go to the Requirements Management (RM) application, some of the cookies that you need to edit embedded artifacts by using the browser add-on are missing. For example, the cookies might be missing if you log into the application by using this URL: https://your-JTS/jts/admin.
Workaround
Clear the single-sign on credentials from your cookies. Then, replace the cookies with the cookies that you need to edit embedded artifacts.
- Close all browsers except for the one that the RM application is running on.
- Log out of the RM application.
- If multiple browser tabs are open, close all browser tabs except for the one that you used to log out of the RM application.
- If login windows open, close them.
- Clear the browser cookies.
- Close the browser, and then reopen it.
- Log in to the RM application by using this URL: https://your-JTS/rm/web.
