'Deploy Report Template' - Permission Denied

Hello,
I think you should edit you project area, and verify the members / roles
pairs as per screen cap - project_area1.png.
Then review the permissions for each role on Process Configuration tab
(as per screen cap project_area2.png)
Save your changes -
You should now be able to deploy the report template.

I am the admin for the server, any idea where I can find the parameter
to fix the above error?

That's correct Eric, it sounds like the team area or project area
doesn't have the correct permissions set for ADMIN to perform this
operation.
