Is RQM 4.0 Support multiple Laguages?

Yes, the CLM applications support multiple languages.  To configure another language is just a matter of installing the translation files during the server installation.  If you have not done that, you can do a "Modify" of the application through Installation Manager to select the language you want users to be able to use.  From the users end, they just need to change the locale of their browser to the language they want to see displayed in the application (ie - Tools -> Options -> Content -> Languages in FireFox).  Hope it helps!
