Hi Chandrahasa,
would you please attach the command used when meeting the problem? by the way, what's the RQM server version, RQM 4.0 should use tomcat 7 by default. RQMCopyUtil 4.x are not compatible between Rational Quality Manager versions, due to differences in the Rational Quality Manager XML schemas. Comments

I just tried on my RQM 4.0 server and didn't met any problem, if you still me the problem please attach log |
It started working when I used Project ID instead of project name. I do not know why it is not working for project names !

Hi Chandrahasa,
in CopyUtil, you should use project alias instead of project, in general, the project alias is the UrlEncoded project, which means there shouldn't be any blanks and special characters. you can refer to https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMCopyUtility |
