Thanks.. I tried HiJazz example but I am not getting how to add an HTML page with scripts..

All the web uis are populated using javascript. In the HiJazz example, the page uses dojo templating to start with a template that contains a few divs. You could also specify a path to an html template by using a templatePath instead of a templateString. However, since pages are contributed as javascript and the dom is built up at runtime, there is no reason to embed scripts in your html.

For examples take a look at the root work items web ui page or the root dashboard page. These can be found at com.ibm.team.workitem.web/resources/ui/internal/page/WorkItemPageView.js and com.ibm.team.dashboard.web/resources/ui/internal/DashboardPage.js respectively.

If you are really set on using an html page that contains inline scripts, I suppose you could just put an iframe on your page that shows your html content.
