Eclipse project files structure

Hi,
I have one big component containing many folders.
I need your help to understand how to load single folder for the developer eclipse client. This folder should be loaded under main folder of the component.
Example: MAIN (folder) contains sub1 (folder) and sub2 (folder).
I need developer to load the sub2 folder in the flowing structure:
MAIN
------Sub2
* There is option to load one folder, but I need to have it loaded under the MAIN folder!
* I don't want to load all the component (there are many sub folders)
* I tried use: Load...->Load the root folders of the components as projects
I selected the folders to load but nothing happened. I think I need guide to understand hoe to use the load options and what option I need.
Can you advice?
