Ask a question

how do you determine the snapshots generated during builds?

Daniel martin (10122926) | asked Oct 28 '11, 3:48 p.m.
We are using the rtc/bf integrations, and I understand there is a limition in the ability to define the snapshot that should be created, so I need to know if there is a why to determine what the name will be during a build.

We have a DB project that needs to know all the sql files that have changed since their last release. We plan to diff the baseline from the release against the one generated for every CI build. This will give a list of sql files that can be gathered for deployment. The problem is determining the snapshot name for the CI build. The current naming convention appears to be: "build definition BF project ( bf tag as BF ID executing the build) for Who requested the build"
