Set permissions on work item`s actions

Hello,
I`m wondering how could i set permissions on a custom work item`s actions.
e.g. a user with a specific role can not create the work item but is able to review the solution and approve it.

You could configure the Permissions in Team Configuration for your case directly. Once you created a new new workitem type and set of attributes, you could find them in you detailed permission setting. Try the follow steps:
1. Create a specific role.
2. Check for this role.
3. Uncheck custom' work item] for this role.
