HelloJazz tutorial and WorkspaceSetup guide updated for Beta

Hi All,

I am new to Jazz, and while I followed through the HelloJazz Tutorial, I encountered the license expired problem when run the JUnit Plugin test, any idea how to fix this problem? Thnaks.

The detail error:

You should be able to fix your expired license problem by following the
