The mechanisms for adding semantic actions in to your custom schema in
RTC are too different from those in CQ to allow for significant
automation. But you can get help from both Rational Services and third
party consultants to help with this effort (your sales rep should be
able to help you find the best fit for your needs).

Note: I would recommend using this as an opportunity to evaluate whether
you really need to bring over all of the machinery in your existing CQ
schema.
