Where is the help topic for importing MS project into a RTC project?

I can't even find it in the online 2.x documentation.

Hi

Check the v3 Help (for example: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0/index.jsp) and search for "import project". The first entry tells you how to do this in RTC v3 from the web client
