Cant Connect with Sametime

I'm trying to connect to sametime 7.5.1 for collaboration. It fails with
the following error. Any ideas? My Colaboration preferences point to the
path that Sametime is installed in and I've checked the automatically
start sametime box.

You probably have to set the property
com.ibm.collaboration.realtime.brokerbridge/startBroker to true (in the
plugin_customization.ini file).
