unable to download query output from RTC web UI.

Hi,
Below given behaviour is observed in RTC web UI

Scenario 1:
Opened a workitem query in edit mode from the web UI and then executed it without making any change. In the output window the icon for downloading the query output to .csv file is disabled.



Scenario 2:
Executed the same workitem query by clicking on the link for the query , in this case the download button is enabled.



Is this an expected behavior? Please let me know.

It is the same behavior we see. The query needs to be saved and re-executed before that option is available. I believe it's the same for printing the query output.
