RTC and RQM Integration - Defect Shadowing.

I followed the instructions i got on one of the RQM and RTC integration conference calls.

I created a dummy test execution record in RQM and created a dummy defect in RTC. I linked the TER with the defect and Checked the box to block the TER with that defect as well as fail the TER. In RTC, I resolved the defect
and expected that the TER in RQM will be unblocked. However that did not work.

My Question is:-

How do i setup my RQM and RTC besides the regular integration steps to have my defects in RTC update my TERs in RQM. So the state of my defect defines the state of my TER which is failed by that defect.

Thank you.

Hello,
Currently in order to automatically unblock a TER you need to also integrate builds between RQM and RTC. The flow is that a build will be delivered that includes a fix for the blocking defect. At that point the TER will automatically be unblocked.
I'd recommend submitting an enhancement for alternate flows to unblock a TER.
