How to plan large amount of test cases to a team of testers

I have to plan a large amount Test Cases (>100) for execution, and have a medium team of tester (5-8) available to run them.

Im not yet experienced in the execution part of RQM and need to setup the execution very soon. What is a possible best practice for this to do?

We're on RQM 2.0.0.1. Thanks in advance

For each testplan I set up sprint dates. And then as I place the testcase in the testplan - I set up TER's for the testcase based on what sprint it will be in. I also set the regression sprint then. When creating the TER you can assign the execution to a tester. If a story moves out a sprint - the TER is deleted and a new one is created. This is just 1 way to do it. I have roughly 60 testcases per testplan. You may also want to look at test suites.
