How to remove a dynamically appearing mandatory field in RTC?
We have a RTC form where a particular field becomes mandatory (not initially but) after the status of the requirement is changed/updated.
How can we remove this dynamic option of the field becoming mandatory. Please advise

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER This behavior is configured in the project area configuration. Go to https://elm.example.com:9443/ccm/admin, select the project area to administer, go to Preconditions & Follow-up Actions. Look into the Save Work Item configuration.
Configure as you require.
