Is it possible to limit Plan Item edit access?

 In RTC 7.0.2, is it possible to restrict who can edit a particular plan item within RTC? Either by team area or any other mechanism? We don't want to restrict users from editing all plans (revoke permissions), only certain plans.

  1.  EWM provides role based permissions that control what a user can and can not do.
  2. A plan in EWM is, other than tools like MS Project, only just a view on the work items in the project area that qualify to be shown on it.
  3. There is no information that would relate a plan to a certain user in any particular way. Just being a certain user related to such an object is not qualifying as a distinct role.

So the answer is no.
