How to create custom menu in RTC 7.0.2

Hi Team,

I am using CLM 7.0.2 version. I have one custom action created which is used to import work items. I want to create one link or Menu which should appear in Work Item drop down list. When I click on that menu, that custom action should get trigger.

Is this possible?
