You can read up on it here: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMProductAPILanding it is gathegorized by product. I am not a DNG API specialist, but even if I would be, I would consider your question too unclear to even start thinking about what you could or could not do. I do not know if the APIs provided can help with your use case as it is not specific enough.
