[closed] How to open RTC wiki link in the workitem in new tab programmatically ?

Hello Team

I have a use case where in I have a wiki link in the workitem and clicking on that it redirects to the dashboard page

Is there any possibility when i click on that wiki link it always has to redirect the page in an open in new window ??

Any hints ??
