Importing from MS Team Foundation Server into RTC

When migrating from MS Team Foundation Server to Jazz RTC.

Is there any process or solution to import all workitems, changes, history etc from MS team foundation server in to RTC ?

The goal is to migrate a whole .net community to RTC.

I didn't find any information on this subject.
