Being able to change SCM content without a trace would prevent the solution from being trustworthy in audits. So my assumption is that this is not possible.

Hello Ralph

The Strings inside the file i am referring to basically the comments .

So is there any way to remove any unnecessary comments section from RTC eclipse client ??

Thank You

What part of "not possible" is unclear? A change to a file is a change to a file, comment or not comment. I believe this should not be possible.

Yes, making a change to a file without a change set is impossible.
