[closed] Inline editor with Attachments section fails to load

I duplicated and customized the inline editor for Defects. When I added the com.ibm.workitem.section.attachments section to the inline editor, it will not load in the RQM integration. When I remove this section, it loads. Is this a known issue or expected behavior?
