floating license getting unassigned

Hi Team,

We are using CLM 6.0.3 and using Rational collaborative Life cycle Practitioner and practitioner floating license for users.

But now some users are reporting that , their assigned license got gone and its appearing as unassigned.

is there any chance to disappear assigned license and any reason if yes.

How the users determine the assigned licenses are "gone". What symptom?

 HI donald,


From the logs we could identify that the user had logged in the application and now when we are checking the details of assigned license, There is no license is assigned to him.
( No check box for any license in Users profile).

Usually we are assigning practitioner (Authorized), Practitioner(Floating license for the users.

I'm not aware of any issues of such kind. Probably another administrator just unassigned the license? You can just simply add it back.
