[closed] How to link testcases to already existing testsuite?

I tried to update testsuite with new testcase link using PUT. But it is not working. I fetched the testsuite and in the xml format testsuite, wrote tag for testcase ,so that on testsuite Update, testcase link might get created.But in vain.

I am using REST API to update.
