Java API to edit a dasboard widget

 Is there any java api available for modifying the RTC Dash board using an external program?


Simple use case :

Generate a report on the changeset and classify using custom rules and publish it to a dashboard.

I am not aware of any API to edit dashboard widgets. You can however create reports and publish those in a widget.
