new script does not take effect

Hi All,
 
I had script condition which i replaced by new script , but the new script does not take effect and it seems always the Old script is executing as i can see console.log()  from my old script. What can be the issue here ?

A. Browser cache Close the work item, browser or CTRL+F5. The script only gets loaded for a new work item.
B. Make sure to change the script name or 
C Script attachment
1. Remove the script usage in the attribute customization
2. Locate the attachment script in the attachments in the links tab in the project area administration and delete the attachment, then make sure to create your new script

Thanks Ralph, changing the script name worked for me!!
