Custom e-Mail template driven by a workflow state
Is there a way to add an additional custom email template that can be triggered based on a workflow state of a specific work item ? or just be able to create an additional custom e-mail template to add to the system.

you can add logic to the template to generate different content in particular states, but you cannot create a unique template per state
