ChangeSet packageURI for linkType creation

I'd like to create a new linkType, using https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/ProgrammaticLinkCreation, that link a work-item with a change-set. I also use default linking but I want a different kind of linking for a specific meaning.

Where I can find the correct itemTypeName and packageURI for a ChangeSet??
