How to move the formatting dailogue box in HTML textbox

I have a textbox "Large HTML" in the Description section. When I click on it for typiny, a small dialogue box opens up "it provides the formatting options like bolb, italic, etc". But It covers the title/heading of that field. Is there a way to move this formatting popup more towards right?

Please let me know.

I don't think you can change the rich text presentation.
