query for all work items with 'planned for' modification

I would like to track the move of work items from one sprint or release to another. I can querey for chanegs of a single day, or for a singleperson. But that gives me allchanegs. and I can not disply the type of change on the result.
It would help if I can either:
1 - select the type of modification (the hsitory does display it)
2 - or display the type of change in the result
3 - or get a report about it

We don't support querying the history with a work item query. It might be
possible to create a report for your problem, though.
