RSA Premaster Secret Error - RTC Version 4.0.6

I am trying to run snippets1 example from Plain Java Libraries.

However, getting the following error:

I would appreciate feedback on this issue.

RTC version is 4.0.6.  Running this example from a windows 7 machine.

Additional Information:

When setting up RTC Eclipse client, RTC admin had asked Network Conncetions preferences to be set to direct instead of Native.
