To use compare test plan feature introduced in RQM 5.0 M4, Is there any setting required from UI part??

Cmparison and merge of test plans (see https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/milestones/5.0M4?p=news#TOC_A) is a technology preview in RQM 5.0 (see [RQM] Explore Support artifact compare and merge (84553) comment 12). To enable this feature in RQM 5.0, see Add System Property to enable diff/merge in 5.0 (109118).

Note, please see the RQM 5.0 New and Noteworthy (see https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/5.0?p=news) for the GA-supported features.

Looks like technology preview was removed from RQM 5.0 (see Disable tech preview system properties (111173)). For more details, see Compare & Merge option is not displayed in test plan (118994).
