Problem with OSLC query

Hello everybody,

Currently, i got a problem with query data using OSLC2.
Problem:
I expect to get file name of attachments in records. Sometime these attachmemts is empty. So I got a exception with query to a object is not existing.
So How can I define OSLC query to make it successfully. Could everybody please help?
