2. Can WebSpehere Web Portal can be extended in RTC? That is, can the Web Portal features can be used in RTC?

3. Does it support portlets (JSR 168) ? and as usually
we are using VCM(Vignette content Management)

4. For source code generation I am using OUNCE tool(this tool which suggests the right code for any possible wrong code), it not supported by eclipse ide , so does ur tool provide that tool or kind of plugin or addins ?

5. Code Security, i.e., Java Ofcusation possible in Jazz? Atleast the integration is available?

Hi Theju,
My answers are interleaved in your email.

1. Will RTC support QT IDE?
Is the QT IDE based on Eclipse 3.3 or above, then there may be some extensions that could be leveraged. That said if there is a custom resource management capability for the QT IDE in Eclipse then we have a challenge. From What I know about the QT IDE (Monkey Studio) it is a C++ IDE. But we may be able to leverage the command line SCM capability to manage the QT Artifacts.

2. Can WebSpehere Web Portal can be extended in RTC? That is, can the Web Portal features can be used in RTC?
What particular features are we talking about in the context of WebSphere portal

3. Does it support portlets (JSR 168) ? and as usually
we are using VCM(Vignette content Management)
I am not sure about the Portlet API for JSR 168. But I would defer this question to someone more technical than myself.

4. For source code generation I am using OUNCE tool(this tool which suggests the right code for any possible wrong code), it not supported by eclipse ide , so does ur tool provide that tool or kind of plugin or addins ?
Currently there aren't any plans to support OUNCE solution in question. But can you create a work item regarding the. We have integrations with WebLayers which is eclipse based and provide some basic support in this context.

5. Code Security, i.e., Java Ofcusation possible in Jazz? Atleast the integration is available?
RSAR is currently working on a integration with RTC and Jazz. what kind of code security are talking about here, I am not sure what you mean by Ofcusation.

6. Can SAAS be implemented in Jazz?
Yes it can be. but the question being asked in a very broader context, what is the context here ?

Kartik
