The documentation for PLI (https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?re=1&topic=/com.ibm.team.build.doc/topics/t_include_pli_compile_results_in_dep_build.html&scope=null) states that the subject DDs are required along with SYSXMLSD for error feedback to work but they aren't mentioned for COBOL.  We found out that in some instances, they aren't required for COBOL but in other instances they are.  I think the documentation should state that they should be specified in all cases and not just for PLI.
