I need to put a confirmation alert when the user save a work item with "Reject" status.
How can I do this?

You can't do this with Java Script. I am not sure you can do this at all. At least not easily. The UI is designed not to have all these pop up windows as this is bad in a web ui, as far as I know.

But is there any way to put a message on the screen for the user?
