Is it possible to reset the RQM test asset ID counter at project level?

Every time when a user creates a test asset like test case, test suite, etc., a unique id is generated for each test asset for reference in RQM.  We would like to know if there is any possibility to reset the test asset id counter at project level.

According to the RQM API on id type, this does not seem to be achievable.
