We recommend that you use the web interface, but you can also access several of the forums via an NNTP newsreader (or NNTP-compatible email program such as Outlook Express).

To use NNTP:

1. Point your newsreader at news.jazz.net.
2. Set it up with your Jazz.net user ID and password.
3. User your newsreader to subscribe to the available newsgroups. The newsgroup names are listed on the web forum UI in parentheses.

While the Web forum is the primary interface for the forums, we will do our best to maintain the synchronization with our newsgroup server.
